He was great at communicating and was also very helpful in answering any questions that we had during the process. During the selling process, we also needed to hire a couple of people to complete the work and he was swift to give us references that he trusted. During the searching/ buying process it was great to be able to get another opinion and get his thoughts as to resell value if we didn't end up staying in that home. He is extremely personable and to the point. Having been a Realtor® in California for 15 years, I feel that my opinion counts for something. If you really want to buy or sell a house/home, and you do not want to spin your wheels, Joe is an excellent choice. However, if you are "wishy-washy" I would suggest going with a part-time agent whose time you can waste.
